UX Australia presents a one-day online event exploring the issues, methods, philosophies, and strategies of design leadership.

Aimed at existing design leaders, the program this year will go deeper into some of the themes expressed at UX Australia 2021, such as:

  • Diversity, equality and the decolonisation of design

  • Recruiting, interviewing, building, and managing inclusive teams

  • Fostering trust and collaboration across remote teams during a pandemic

This is an opportunity for the Australian design leadership community to share experiences, explore meaningful topics, discuss and debate design approaches and learn from each other.

Who should go?

Ideal for senior designer managers and leaders looking to be more proactive in maturing the design practice within their organisation. This is an opportunity to openly discuss leadership and management challenges with trusted peers, and gain solid strategies for steering the teams that design great things.
