Conference Tickets - August 24 & 25

In-person tickets

An in-person conference ticket gets you access to all presentations across the 2 conference days, as well as post-conference recordings and optional invites to networking and sponsor events. In-person tickets grant you access to attend the Shangri-La Sydney on August 24 & 25. Learn more about location and event delivery.

Early-Early bird tickets in-person tickets; $750.
On sale Feb 01. Available until 11:59 pm March 31 or until sold out.
Early bird in-person tickets; $875. On sale April 01.
Available until 11:59 pm June 04 or until sold out.
General Admission in-person tickets; $995.
On sale June 05. Available until 11:59 pm August 16 or until sold out.

Online tickets

An online conference ticket gets you access to all presentations across the 2 conference days plus post conference and online networking opportunities.

Virtual Pass tickets; $700. On sale Feb 01. Available until 11:59 pm 23 August.

Workshops - August 22 & 23

Select from a range of workshops. Workshops are sold separately and have limited places.

Workshop tickets start at $350.

Important

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Tickets to the conference presentations and workshops need to be purchased separately.
Check the workshop timetable, so you don't purchase tickets to two workshops running at the same time. The workshop schedule will be released in June.
Refunds can only be issued up to 14 days before the event.

Discounts

Students: We offer discounted tickets for students. Contact hello@uxaustralia.com.au to find out more.
Groups, teams and not-for-profits: Sorry, we can't offer discounts to not-for-profits, charities or organisations sending more than one attendee. Instead, we try to keep our pricing as low as possible for everyone, especially those who are self-funding their own ticket. If you compare our pricing to similar conferences you'll see that our prices remain lower, while still managing to pay our speakers and offer excellent quality. We thank you for your support.

Paying by Invoice

Attendees are welcome to register and pay on invoice through their organisation. However, paying for tickets this way has some conditions.

Invoices are generated via Eventbrite. When purchasing tickets, select "pay by invoice" at checkout.
The invoice must be paid within 30 days or 14 days before the event commences (whichever comes first).
Late payment will result in ticket cancellation. We will notify you first and give you a chance to pay.
Invoices can only be accepted as a payment method up to 14 days before the event.
You must notify us of any ticket changes or cancellations at least 14 days before the event.
