In 2022, we created a new one-day Women in UX event called Succeeding in Design. Succeeding in Design is an extension of our Women in UX initiative, aimed at increasing the number of women represented at design events and in the workplace.
Our goal is to support every woman to kick huge goals and become a design leader in whatever way they choose, so we’ve designed this event to do just that. Succeeding in Design is an opportunity to focus fully on yourself and work on the skills you need to accelerate your design career. Learn how to influence, lead and negotiate in your workplace, and assert yourself as a design expert.
