What #DL2022 is all about and who it’s for

Design Leadership is designed specifically for those heading up design practices or moving into leadership positions in the design space. Content is aimed at experienced practitioners, who want to develop and expand their leadership skills.

This year, we’re focused on how our work practices have changed to be more hybrid, and how we can continue to support wellbeing, community, design success, and our own teams in this new world.

Speakers and forum facilitators

At our conference, we try to provide a place for experienced speakers and new presenters to share their ideas and work. Talks are selected from a pool of submissions from those in the design community. 

We will be looking for proposals that match the theme or approach it in an innovative way. 

The #DL2022 lineup is finalised, we are no longer accepting new speakers. Calls for proposals are open from 15 July to 04 September. Learn more about submitting a proposal

How we run the conference

Design Leadership 2022 will run as a hybrid-style event, hosted live in Sydney and broadcast online via Zoom Webinar. Attendees and speakers can decide to join in-person or online. Learn more about delivery and location

Those in Senior and Leadership positions or anyone hoping to take a more proactive role in furthering the design practice within their organisation.
