About

#UXA2023 is a 4-day event taking place from August 22 - 25

UX Australia is Australia's premier conference about UX, product and service design, and the surrounding disciplines of research, content, operations, management, and more.

#UXA2023 will be the 15th year for the conference, delivered in hybrid style for a second time. The event is hosted live at the Shangri-La Sydney and broadcast live via Zoom Webinar.

Focus

UX Australia 2023 will highlight the people, companies and brands who are pushing design in new and interesting ways. We aim that talks will focus on:

  • How are you changing the makeup of your design team, and the relationship between the act of design and the people impacted?
  • How are environmental considerations being incorporated into your design process, be that reducing emissions, recycling or circular economy principles?
  • How are you engaging in the design of new things, not traditionally designed in the way we conceive?
  • How are you extending the principles of designing for a person's experience in new contexts?

Call for proposals are currently closed.
