Pricing for UX New Zealand 2013 was as follows.
For registrations before 15 September 2013 (or the first 150 tickets, whichever comes first):

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
The main conference fee covers the 2 days of conference (7-8 November), including tea and coffee on arrival, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and wireless internet.
Hands-on workshops are held on 6 November and are charged separately so you can choose the best content for you. Hands-on workshops are not included in the main conference fee.
We do not offer discounts for organisations sending more than one attendee.
We’re completely happy to invoice you and have you pay later. So happy that we already built it into our system. The first page of the registration process is attendee details; the second is billing details. For an invoice, just choose ‘pay later’.
All payments are due within 30 days or before the conference starts, whichever comes first.
We had all kinds of problems setting up credit card payments (from being asked for a house for security, to finding out that PayPal lie and don’t know their own business).
But we finally got set up with PIN payments, so you can now pay by credit card, in $NZ.
We’d originally planned to open a NZ bank account so you could deposit into it without international transaction fees. Alas, that plan fell apart when we discovered it was impossible (well, we think it is – still not entirely sure the bank knows its own business).
For direct deposit, you will need to deposit into our Australian bank account. We don’t want you to have to pay extra just because we’re not in NZ, so please find out how much you’ll be charged in fees, and deduct that from your payment amount. As long as it seems like a sensible amount, we’ll mark it as paid (and will get in touch with you for proof if it seems not a sensible amount).
