Hybrid Delivery

The event will be hosted live at The Grand Hyatt and broadcast online via Zoom Webinar.

Attendees can attend in person or virtually. In-person and online tickets are sold separately.

Some speakers will present in person while others will present virtually.

We will have a specialised AV team onsite at the Grand Hyatt to ensure seamless delivery of content to all attendees.

Workshops are exclusively in person only.

COVID Safety Plan

UX Events are committed to providing attendees with a safe event experience at UX Australia 2022.

The hybrid event will go ahead according to the Victorian Government’s COVID-19 restrictions at the time.

We have a detailed COVID-Safe plan to ensure the safety of all attendees onsite. In-person attendees must follow the instructions of the event team, venue staff and volunteers to ensure the safety of you and others.

Tickets

In-person conference tickets grant access to attend the event in person or watch online.
Online conference tickets only grant access to watch online.
All conference ticket types give access to the conference recordings to watch post-event.
Additional social events will be hosted both in-person and online for attendees to join in on.
Online conference tickets allow attendees to attend additional in-person social events, such as the opening party.

Getting There

Parking

Grand Hyatt Melbourne provides a general car park located beneath the hotel offering undercover, 24-hour parking. Access is via Russell Street or Flinders Lane. See parking rates.

Valet parking is available for hotel guests for AUD $90 per night, per car.
