Conference tickets - August 25 & 26
A conference ticket gets you access to all presentations across the 2 conference days, plus post-conference recordings and optional invites to networking and sponsor events. Workshops are sold separately.
- First release ONLINE tickets $500
- Early bird ONLINE tickets $600
- General Admission ONLINE tickets $750
- General Admission IN PERSON tickets $750
- Online conference tickets grant access to attend online only.
- In-person conference tickets grant access to attend in-person and online.
- All conference ticket types grant access to conference recordings post-event.
- All conference ticket types grant access to in-person and online social events.
Workshops - August 23 & 24
Select from a range of workshops to get hands-on and learn new skills. Workshops are sold separately and have limited places.
- Individual workshop tickets are $300
- All workshops are held in person
- Workshops either take place from 9 am - 1 pm or 1:30 - 5:30 pm
Important
- All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
- Tickets to the conference presentations and workshops need to be purchased separately.
- Check the workshop timetable, so you don't purchase tickets to two workshops running at the same time. The workshop schedule will be released in June.
- Refunds can only be issued up to 14 days before the event.

Sponsor a ticket
We want to make sure that our UX Australia annual conference is open to everyone, but we know that conferences can be out of reach for some people. That’s why we started UX Australia Sponsor a Ticket.
Together with our event sponsors and UX community, we aim to broaden the perspectives at our events, and open up the conference to a wide range of lived experiences, challenges and ideas.

Discounts
Students
We offer discounted tickets for students. Contact hello@uxaustralia.com.au to ask about them.
Why not volunteer instead? Consider volunteering your time at UX Australia 2022 in exchange for event access.
Groups, teams and not-for-profits
Sorry, we can’t offer discounts to not-for-profits, charities or organisations sending more than one attendee. Instead, we try to keep our pricing as low as possible for everyone, especially those who are self-funding their ticket.
If you compare our pricing to similar conferences you'll see that we are a lot cheaper and still manage to pay our speakers and offer excellent quality.
Paying by invoice
Attendees are welcome to register and pay on invoice through their organisation. However, paying for tickets this way has some conditions.
- The invoice must be paid within 30 days or 14 days before the event commences (whichever comes first).
- Late payment will result in ticket cancellation. We will notify you first and give you a chance to pay.
- Invoices can only be accepted as a payment method up to 14 days before the event.
- You must notify us of any ticket changes or cancellations at least 14 days before the event.
