The General Admission ticket gives you access to the entire day program, inclusive of the morning workshop and afternoon leadership forum.
UX Australia pays all our speakers and contributors for their time.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Tickets are limited to 50 attendees. If you can no longer make it, we can transfer your ticket to a colleague. Alternatively, we can refund your ticket up to 14 days out from the event.
A waiting list will be opened once the event sells out.
We do not offer discounts for organisations sending more than one attendee.
We do not offer discounts for not-for-profits. Instead, we try to keep our pricing as low as possible for everyone - many of our attendees self-fund, work for small businesses or unfunded startups. If you compare our pricing to similar conferences you'll see that we are a lot cheaper, but still, manage to pay our speakers and offer excellent quality.
Invoices are available via Eventbrite. Invoices are due within 14 days of purchase. if you do not pay within 14 days your invoice will be cancelled.
Refunds can be made up to 14 days out from the event. As such, refunds cannot be made from November 11.
