I am one of the three co-organisers of UX Wellington.
My background is primarily in web development, content strategy and service design. I consider service design to be the improvement of anything and everything (usually products, services and processes) through the use of user experience research and design.
I also like well-crafted pies, beer that comes in green bottles, coffee from Mixed Business on The Terrace and jet plane lollies.
Summary: web ninja, content management magician and user experience champion for the voiceless.
