Hi! I’m currently leading the strategic design of the future of radio at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation whilst also enabling the organisation to fully leverage audience empathy.
I bring to my presentations learnings from 10+ years across most parts of the customer experience design lifecycle with a focus on strategy and innovation. My UCD consulting and in-house design roles exposed me to multiple service sectors and industries (banking, finance, media, retail, education, automotive, consumer electronics) and include a track record of market-launched innovations.

I’m passionate about the intersection of design and other business disciplines, aka hybrid thinking. I hold several multi-faceted graduate degrees: Master of Design, Master of Science and Executive Engineering, Bachelor of Science.
