Adam Kendall
Adam Kendall is the User Experience specialist for the Online team at National Australia Bank (NAB). He has been with NAB for 3 years in various UX based roles and has been able to ensure that a corporate web team designs with the user in mind. This has not been without its challenges and Adam wants to ensure that others can learn from this.
Adam recently presented at Global Accessibility Awareness Day 2013 about how ‘Good design is accessible’ and goes by @kendalls on Twitter.
