Design work completed! Now what?
Identifying problems and designing solutions are some of the most exciting parts of a Designer's role. The value of socialising outcomes with stakeholders and following up on outcome performances can often be overlooked. Cyril Secourgeon will be talking about the engagement principles that the Westpac HCD Leadership team applies to build design advocacy.
Cyril works as a Human Centred Design Principal at Westpac in Sydney. He has worked in numerous sectors and is motivated by the challenge of implementing the design thinking approach to large organisations. In his spare time Cyril plays beach volleyball and after 23 years is still playing his old electric guitar.
