Through this full-day workshop you will develop a solid foundation in user experience research. Discover what a user experience researcher does and how research can come to your rescue during product conception, design, and development. Outlining seven proven steps towards successful research, this workshop will take you through all stages from planning to execution and analysis. You will learn essential skills about how to form research questions, choose suitable research methods, select research participants, start mastering the art of interviewing, as well as data analysis.

Using practical examples and interactive activities that will span the entire workshop, you will gain first-hand experience immediately applicable to your own work.

This workshop is suitable for those new to user experience research, including designers, product managers, founders, developers, and others who want to gain a foundation in user research approaches.
