Rhiannon Thomas
Rhiannon is a 2nd-generation UXer who works as a Senior UX Consultant at PwC’s Experience Centre. Her social anthropology degree solidified her curiosity for people and understanding experiences, and since joining the UX world she now has hundreds of user research sessions under her belt. She enjoys discovering problems through research and using those insights to design simple, inclusive solutions, and combining anthropology, good design and creativity to make work fun. She’s inherently fascinated by humans, technology and the world around us, and loves being a part of creating digital experiences that make peoples’ lives easier.
Rhiannon has previously given a talk at OZeWAI 2013 on how to include testing with people with impairments in user research (and why).
