Phil Klitscher
Phil is a design facilitator in the ATO’s Design and Innovation branch. He has over seven years of experience working across government, and is no stranger to tackling complex business problems and delivering user focused services. Phil has worked in corporate roles, delivered ICT solutions and high level strategic reviews of government agencies. As a creative thinker, he enjoys challenging the norm and guiding people through difficult design processes.
