In this workshop, researchers from Google will share their methods for researching mobile experiences. Participants will explore how to study products in development, how to understand current uses of smartphone and tablets in the real world, and how to learn about human behaviour through the use of smartphone and tablets as data collection tools. Case studies, tools, methods and study design will be described. Participants will have the opportunity to practice creating their own research plan using provided materials; which is a major part of this interactive workshop.
