Patrick Kennedy
Patrick Kennedy is a user experience specialist with over ten years experience in the digital media and web industry. His expertise is in web design, information architecture and web usability, with a focus on user research.
Patrick has worked with and in a variety of industries and organisations, both in Australia and the UK, assisting them with enhancing the user experience of their websites and other information systems.
Patrick holds a nationally recognised training qualification, and has run workshops on information architecture and design research for the general public as well as for in-house training. He speaks regularly at industry conferences, including OZ-CHI and OZ-IA, and has published many articles on user centred design and related topics. @PatrickKennedy
