David More
David is Principal Consultant, Canberra, with Optimal Experience. He is an information, experience and design consultant with a wide-ranging skill set, a strong commitment to real results for real people, and over 20 years experience in the field.
David has a grounding in user experience, usability, information architecture and interface design, applying used-centred design methods to corporate and government projects. He is also an editor and writer with a focus on plain English in organisational communication.
Before joining Optimal Experience in early 2008, David worked as an independent consultant and earlier as a senior consultant with iFocus and The Hiser Group. In earlier roles he also developed his skills as an information designer, an editor and writer, as an industrial designer, and as a design educator.
