Krystal Higgins
Krystal is a UX design lead who connects the dots between products, systems, and the people who use them, with a passion for onboarding. She’s the author of Better Onboarding, a book about designing better user onboarding experiences. Krystal’s experience has included designing products and services at companies like NVIDIA, eBay, and Google, where she currently works as a design lead in the Sydney office (noting that this talk is not affiliated with Google).
