Organisations have been forced to change and adapt to a global pandemic to protect their teams and their customers. Exo Digital decided early on in the pandemic to focus on becoming a predominantly remote working environment which has brought rewards and also challenges. This is Exo Digital's journey so far and it highlights how we have tried to foster an environment of creativity and innovation.
