Mags Hanley is a UX career growth coach and mentor, and information architect; her areas of expertise are two-fold
1. The mentoring, coaching and training UX professionals to get them to the next level
2. Deep information architecture, the description and structuring of content.
Over the last 25 years, she has done this on three continents (Australia, America and Europe) for organisations such as Yellow Pages Australia, BBC, Time Out, Gov.uk, Bristol City Council, Santander, Debenhams and JB Hi-Fi.
She runs an online community for mid-senior UX professionals to develop their UX leadership skills – UX-CLC.
