As a Product Manager at Australia Post, Pete leads online parcel sending. He is responsible for the strategy, prioritisation, roadmap, delivery and in-market performance. Pete was previously the UX Lead for this program of work.
Formerly a Registered Architect, Pete’s career encompasses diverse design disciplines including user experience, customer experience, digital and graphic design. He enjoys problem-solving and strategic thinking to innovate intelligent product solutions.
Pete combines research insights and astute lateral thinking with strong technical acumen. He has a deep understanding of the end-to-end process of creation and delivery of products within an agile environment.
