Natasha Ballantyne

Natasha is a Senior Experience Design Manager at PwC’s Customer and Experience Centre. She leads cross-functional teams in customer strategy, service design and user experience. Starting her career as a teacher, and with a Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Natasha’s speciality is in qualitative research. Natasha has recently found her passion working with vulnerable customers, and dedicated the last eighteen months to co-designing solutions for people with disabilities and mental health conditions, alongside those experiencing homeless, and financial hardship.
