Elena Sanchez
Elena is part of the Product Design team at MYOB helping business be more productive by designing better accounting software, and a Google Expert (GDE) in UX/Product Strategy. She is passionate about helping organisations become more customer-centric, create new value propositions and continuously improve products and services using lean methodologies and data-informed design. Elena has 8+ years of experience working in UX across Europe, US and Australia, including 4+ years leading UX projects and mentoring user researchers and UX designers. She received her master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction in 2010, has taught UX and Information Architecture courses at Open University of Catalonia and General Assembly Sydney (UXDI), has delivered UX training for Tier 1 companies and often speaks at UX and innovation events.
