Alexandra Almond
Alexandra is an experience designer, currently improving Melbournians' commute to work in her role at Public Transport Victoria.
Prior to joining the public sector, she was a founding member of the Customer Experience Design team at NAB, fostering a human centred design approach to product development.
Alexandra’s strength is working within large organisations to embed design thinking and a human-centred approach to projects.
