Zaana Howard
Zaana Howard is an Associate Lecturer in Library and Information Science at Queensland University of Technology (QUT). She is also a PhD candidate at Swinburne University of Technology researching design thinking practice in complex organisations.
Zaana has experience in a broad range of environments, working for a decade across the library, knowledge and online community management arenas. More recently she has worked with organisations providing education, coaching and facilitation in design thinking and teaching design thinking to undergraduate design students.
