Owen Hodda

Owen is a senior consultant for Deloitte’s Online Practice. His work there focuses on helping large organisations speak with and understand their customers in order to better tailor their products and services to meet their needs and behaviours. The processes Owen employs include merging longitudinal field research with focused design studies, business analysis and stakeholder/customer workshops.

In recent years, Owen has worked with several of Australia’s leading organisations, including NAB, Telstra, ANZ, Honda and Oxfam.
