Richard Beaumont

Richard Beaumont has worked at General Manager and International Design Director Level and delivered step change successful retail formats and store designs in 12 countries around the world. He led the re-invention of the Coles formats now trading in over 120 locations across Australia as well as creating multiple Global formats for Tesco internationally. He is an expert in delivering customer focussed store propositions and is passionate about service as the last key bastion of ‘physical’ retail over digital retail. He will talk about his experience of ensuring service is successfully delivered in new formats through design, behaviour and culture.

He now works using his own company Springboard Design & Branding with leading retailers helping them step change their store formats and service propositions across Australia.
