Sarah Stokes

Sarah started her digital career building web sites for Theatreland in London nearly 20 years ago, since then, with a masters in interactive multimedia under her belt, she has spent the intervening years working in a variety of organisations championing customer experience across devices and channels, turning research insights into business opportunities. Sarah has a keen interest in design thinking and service design and is currently  loving strategic design for Westpac Digital. Sarah is studying Masters of Business Coaching at the university of Wollongong in her 'spare' time, with the intention of coaching teams and individuals for innovation, strategy and personal growth.
