Ani has spent his entire professional career, over 10 years, in consulting organisations in Australia, New Zealand and the UK. He has gone through at least 10 rounds of different performance management processes and is well qualified to comment on how time consuming and in effective they can be.
His passion for good design and common sense drove him to take control of and try to fix the broken process to deliver a better customer experience for his colleagues.
