Alison has helped various design teams to grow and flourish. She has worked with Orange (France Telecom) in London and Paris, plus Westpac and Meld Studios in Sydney. With a management consulting background and a childhood love of art, Alison has been described as the "creative suit" who finds the right amount of structure and empathy needed to manage designers.
