Ben Kraal
Ben Kraal is a Director with Symplicit and has more than fifteen years of experience in human-centred research and design. He’s worked as a developer, a consultant and an academic, teaching computer science, sociology and design. His experience spans multiple industries, device types and services. Ben is fascinated by how people make use of technologies in their daily life and uses that fascination to design how systems and services could be better — for the people who use them, the people who provide them and, ultimately, for the planet.
