Extending the power of Human-Centred Design through Behavioural Design

Human-centred design focuses on designing something that is useful, usable and engaging for the user - but have you ever experienced designing exactly that, yet users were not able to change their behaviour for the solution to be successful? That’s where Behavioural Design can come in. Designing for a change in behaviour uses interventions to impact behaviour in a way that’s helpful for the target user.
