I am a Senior UX Designer at Foolproof and a UX Instructor at General Assembly. I think of my job as a change facilitator. In a Foolproof day to day context, my role is to bridge the gap between the three voices of a project - the users the business and technology. When it comes to dealing with students my role is the one of a mediator and a teacher.
