Louise has 30 years experience in financial services including roles in frontline management, sales training, marketing, customer value propositions, brand and strategy. She heads up the Customer Experience Design team working enterprise-wide to prove true the premise that products designed from a deep understanding of customers is a sustainable strategy that will create long term revenue.

The Customer Experience Design team uses human-centred design methodologies to better understand our customers’ behaviour, attitudes to money and therefore needs so that we can deliver products and services that our customers want to buy
