Ruth Brown
Ruth loves users. She works at Trade Me in New Zealand trying to improve the experience for its 3.2 million users. Ruth’s first love was engineering until she realised that people were more interesting than maths.
In the last two years, Ruth has worked alongside the team implementing Agile at Trade Me. Having observed the process, she is an advocate for Agile and what it means for the end users of any product. She reckons that getting more improvements out and closer feedback loops between the doers and the measurers, trumps ‘perfect’ every time.
