I have over 12 years experience in the User Experience Design (UX) field. With a firm knowledge of User-Centred Design methodologies, I use insight into customer needs and behaviour to inform UX strategy and concept creation; whilst fulfilling business requirements and considering the technical scope of the hardware/software platform they are to be delivered on. I am also analytically minded and use data to inform decision making.
I enjoy working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary environment on creative and challenging projects. I currently work within project teams that have adopted Agile methodology, so I am comfortable incorporating the UX practice with this method of development, and understand how a product suite can be developed to deliver high impact features.
