I’m the lead user experience specialist at Sportsbet with close to a decade’s worth of experience with small and large corporations – ranging from the big banks, telecos, retail, and consulting companies. I’ve seen the rise of Agile within many companies and too often seen the de-valuing of user journeys as they get chopped up into features and released in a manner that don’t make sense. My general attitude has always been to ‘get the job done’ but too often have had to put my name on experiences that were below standard. Let’s still ‘get the job done’ but make sure it’s done right.
