Louise Bassett
Louise worked in international development for many years as a program designer and manager in the Asia Pacific region. The challenges of this work gave Louise a high tolerance for ambiguity, a cross-cultural understanding of user perspectives and many travel vaccinations. In her work at the Neighbourhood Justice Centre in Melbourne, Louise finds new ways to make complex systems simpler for citizens and to put the community at the heart of our justice system. In recent years this has included digital innovations for family violence survivors and court users.
