Zaana Howard
Zaana is curious about how people learn and create knowledge. As Huddle Academy Lead, she designs transformative experiences for people to learn through design to enable new ways of being and working. She is passionate about working with organisations to be more human centred and nimble within increasingly complex environments.
Zaana is near completion of a PhD researching design thinking in practice and how people grow to maturity in design thinking. She has a diverse background having worked as a university lecturer, online community manager, intrapraneur, and information and knowledge manager.
