Nicole Fernandez is a Senior User Experience Researcher at Google Australia in Sydney, with 6+ years of experience. She currently conducts user research for Google Maps efforts in Sydney and has previously conducted user research for Google Drive in NYC and Hangouts Chat in Mountain View. Her research interests focus on user-generated content, enterprise communication, cloud storage & collaboration, and combining quantitative with qualitative research methods.
