I'm a Talent Specialist immersed in CX, UX & Service Design, based in beautiful Sydney and supporting our Melbourne team as well.
My role is purely candidate focused – allowing me to objectively provide talent with visibility of all human-centred design (HCD) related opportunities across our Sydney & Melbourne businesses. In turn, this means our clients have access to all the best talent — it's a win-win and part of the reason our candidates regularly become our clients, and our clients become our candidates.
I'm a self-confessed geek and a passionate advocate for inclusive design – have been known to get teary-eyed when hearing about accessibility innovations and positive social impact projects.
Outside of work you'll usually find me chasing after my little toddler, attempting to tire him out in the day, so my partner and I can relax with a nice meal and a glass of wine at night.
