Lee Ryan
Lee Ryan is a Director at Springboard Ideas based in Auckland but often found in other cities. Her experience for leading a team of 330 qualitative researchers across 33 countries from Singapore broadened her understanding of tools and methods and the need for innovation to meet new and shifting contexts. Working back In Aotearoa, she works alongside teams in a range of different organisations to think differently about their challenges, their customers and their opportunities for change.
In other parts of her working life she continues to experiment with the power of boardgames and improv for teams as well as the quality of conversation accompanied by a NZ Pinot.
Lee worked with Natalie Rowland and Marieke Peters to design and deliver the Research Epic.
