Leisa Reichelt Announced as Keynote Speaker for Design Research 2020

We are delighted to announce that our opening keynote speaker for Design Research 2020 is Leisa Reichelt

Leisa leads the Research and Insights team at Atlassian, the hugely successful Australian tech company.

Many of us know her from her leading roles with the Digital Transformation Agency in Australia and the Government Digital Service in the UK, building research capabilities within government digital teams, helping to create easier and more accessible public services.

Leisa is a highly experienced and very engaging speaker, she maintains a blog called disambiguity (understanding humans) and she produces an email newsletter sharing the best of what she's read lately, which tends to be very readable and useful.

As much as she loves research, Leisa loves even more "the challenge of helping organisations transform themselves through gaining a compelling and closer understanding of the user needs they serve". Sounds like a great way to start DR2020!

Design Research 2020 is a three-day event dedicated to design research – from planning and conducting, to analysis and use. This event, run by the team from UX Australia, includes a one-day workshop program and two-day presentation program, and you can purchase tickets for one or both.
