Ruth loves users. She’s currently at Trade Me trying to improve the experience for its 3.2 million users. Before Trade Me, Ruth worked at Optimal Experience for, like, ages and got to work with a whole heap of great clients making stuff better for NZers.
In the last year or so, Trade Me has delivered a new iPad app, Property iOS app, and made major updates to lots of their other apps and mobile site. During that time, they’ve learned valuable lessons about what does and doesn’t work in mobile design. They’ve adjusted some of our UX ideas, thrown out some methods, and iterated based on what succeeds and fails.
