Asking users for design feedback is like reading the comments on YouTube

There’s no accounting for taste, right? Colours, fonts, photos – design choices that will likely influence perceptions. As UX professionals, we’re always keen to ask the users what they think. But how do you ask people about something so subtle and individual? Examples and experiences from the realm of opinions.

Annika Naschitzki is a Senior Design Specialist at the Department of Internal Affairs. Her background is in Sociology – it’s all about people.
