Jim McCool
Jim McCool has been involved in research and design for over 20 years. He has been a professional UX practitioner for over 15 years, working in London, Paris, Brussels and Dusseldorf, before moving to Australia in 2008. In Australia, he has worked on major projects for the ABC, Commonwealth Bank, NSW Dept. of Justice, Service NSW and AMSA, among many others. He is currently engaged in a major service design project for the Federal Government.
His - often very cynical - short stories have been published in New Philosopher, UX Mag, The Irish Times, and The Irish Post.
