When disclaimers come to mind, they have the stigma of being full of complex legal jargon that only people with a law degree would fully understand. From our experience, disclaimers can intimidate and create confusion. As a result, people often skip important information. But disclaimers shouldn’t be thought of as an intimidating barrier – they’re there to help and reassure.
