Keeping it real in quantitative research
My role as a quantitative UX researcher is to advocate for users based on what they tell us through their implicit actions and explicit feedback everyday. In this talk, I highlight two ways that I bring data to life in order to increase its impact with key stakeholders: the first is working asynchronously with my qualitative colleagues to build upon the best of both our findings; the second is to quantify subjective user input via open-ended response coding and natural language processing.
